European Volunteers for the Environment (EVE) is a 30-month project implemented under the Erasmus+ Programme in collaboration between 4 partners from European countries: Pistes-Solidaires from France, Replay Network from Italy, Hub Nicosia from Cyprus and Solidarity Tracks from Greece.

Research

Partner organisations of the project conducted studies with the aim to identify how the work of the youth can take part in the development of the Green Deal, what are the views of volunteers and youth workers regarding the Green Deal and how willing the organisations are to implement Green Deal in European volunteering projects.

Studies consisted of online questionnaires distributed by partners as well as focus groups (for volunteers and mentors separately).

Solidarity Tracks, partner organisation located in Lefkada, Greece, shared the questionnaire with their volunteers from different countries and collected 36 answers. While the focus group for volunteers was done with 8 volunteers and in focus group for mentors, 20 youth workers/mentors/e-mentors participated.
