Tool Fair 2025

Tool Fair 2025 – Networking and Inspiring Innovation in Youth Work

The Tool Fair 2025 took place from 23–26 October in Coma-ruga, Spain, gathering more than 200 youth workers, educators, and local stakeholders for two days of collaboration, learning, and inspiration.

Organised in the framework of the Connect Act Youth – Civil Society Cooperation in the field of Education and Training, and Youth, co-funded by the European Union, the event brought together participants from across Europe and local communities to exchange innovative educational tools and strengthen cooperation in youth work.

The Tool Fair served as a dynamic meeting point for youth educators from network member organisations and local youth workers. Over two days of interactive workshops and sessions, participants shared, tested, and co-created educational resources while exploring non-formal learning methods designed to meet the diverse needs of young people.

The 2025 edition focused on innovation, inclusion, and participation — encouraging creative approaches to youth engagement and collaborative tool development. Sessions covered topics such as fostering creativity, promoting inclusive youth work practices, and enhancing participation among young people.

Participants and Partners

The event welcomed around 1 participant from each partner organisation and over 180 local attendees, alongside representatives of municipalities and community stakeholders.

The Tool Fair was made possible thanks to the contribution and active participation of our network partner organisations:

Outcomes

Participants left the Tool Fair with new tools and practical methods for engaging young people, enhanced facilitation skills, and stronger connections across Europe’s youth work community. The shared results will contribute to both digital and physical toolkits (coming soon), ensuring that innovative practices continue to spread within the network and beyond.

The success of the Tool Fair 2025 highlights the importance of collaboration and creativity in youth education. Together, we continue to build bridges between educators, organisations, and communities to empower young people and promote inclusive learning across Europe.
