Target group: Youth Workers, Mentors, Youth Leaders and Educators
The main goal of the training in Greece is for participants to acquire basic skills for successful planning, creation, editing, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of project activities on the YES HUB e-learning platform. This is a prerequisite for successfully and responsibly assuming the role of an e-mentor. Therefore, the key activities will be focused precisely on the development of the aforementioned key skills through presentation, discussion, knowledge and experience sharing activities, as well as through the process of creating new learning content.
Course objectives
Objective 1: Equip E-mentors with the comprehensive knowledge and skills necessary to effectively mentor young beneficiaries on the youtheclub.eu platform, focusing on developing their profiles as social entrepreneurs and guiding them to initiate community projects.
Objective 2: Foster a collaborative network among E-mentor, encouraging the exchange of best practices, innovative educational methods, and cross-cultural insights to enhance the support provided to young future social entrepreneurs.
Objective 3: Empower e-mentors to effectively plan, develop, and deliver learning content and activities for future young social entrepreneurs through non-formal education, in line with the principles of pedagogy, andragogy, and Universal Design for Learning (UDL).
Objective 4: Enable e-mentors to efficiently manage tools for creating, publishing, and managing educational content in virtual learning environments, particularly through e-learning and the YES HUB e-learning platform.
Objective 5: Equip e-mentors with the skills to effectively monitor and evaluate educational activities on the e-learning platform, enabling them to objectively track participants’ activities, progress, and needs, and to respond promptly to their requirements.
