The main objective of the training course, which will take place in Greece in September 2023, will be to strengthen the capacity of the representatives of the network members to create and manage youth spaces by and for young people, through a participatory training process based on non-formal learning methods and the principles of youth participation.

Specific objectives:

1. To strengthen the commitment and cooperation of the members of our network in developing and elaborating their ideas on the future of real and virtual spaces dedicated to young people.
2. Exchange practices encouraging the participation of young people in democratic life and share their national context on the subject.
3. To develop skills and competences on how to strengthen the participation of young people in the process of creating and managing youth spaces.
4. To strengthen the technical and pedagogical capacities of the youth workers and young leaders of the members of our network in terms of involving young people in the management of spaces dedicated to them, while promoting the aspect of social inclusion and adaptation to the green and digital transition as mentioned in the EU strategy for youth.
5. Brainstorming and joint creation of tools that will support network members in their future processes of supporting youth workers and their target young people in the creation and management of real and virtual spaces, including those with fewer opportunities
