Renewable Energy: The 3 forces can save our planet, was a Euro-Med training course, organized on May 2010 from the organization “Solidarity Tracks” and brought together 23 youngsters and youth workers from 12 organizations and from 9 Euro-Μed countries (Algeria, Egypt, Spain, France, Greece, Jordan, Morocco, Romania, and Tunisia). During the course, there were views’ exchange, good practices about renewable energy and trainings on new methods and skills so actions can be organized to spread awareness on the youth on their countries about the meaning and the importance of the renewable energy as a way to confront the “green house phenomenon”.
During the course, the participants created the first models which take advantage the renewable energies organized a Training Workshop at the central square of Lefkas where they presented those models. They reproduced an Educational guide about renewable energy.
The Training Course was financed by “Youth in Action Program” and the Institute for Youth.
