“Social A.C.T. – Active Cycling Team” project aims to promote sport education, particularly on skills development and cycling beneficial to health.
Project focuses on sport volunteering to acquire skills and develop active citizenship, aiming to facilitate social inclusion, following principles of solidarity, equity and parity.
Responding to European policy in the field of sport and to the objective pursued by the Erasmus + program, through non-formal education activities that enrich physical activity and equal access to sport for all; And contributing to develop the European dimension of sport by strengthening cooperation between youth and sports organizations, as well as public authorities.
